A non-interest bearing account, this option requires just a $100 deposit
to open. There is no monthly service charge.

| Performance N.O.W. Checking |
|
|
An interest bearing account, Performance N.O.W. checking
has no minimum balance requirement. Interest is paid on balances of $25
and greater. Features include: NO fees for
checks cleared or deposits; FREE Telephone banking; NO-fee VISA Debit
Card with unlimited free transactions; FREE ATM transactions at Auburn
Savings' ATM's and at any Key Bank ATM in Maine; FREE Home Banking; and
a $15 CREDIT towards your first order of checks when you order through
us. Performance N.O.W. also qualifies you for preferred rates on
Certificates of Deposit and a higher yielding Maestro Money
Market Account. Sole proprietorships and non-profit organizations must meet eligibility
requirements. For-profit businesses do not qualify for N.O.W. accounts.
